-Single Face Corrugated-
Single face corrugated is a great packaging option and with so many sizes of rolls available, 3"-84" (custom sizing is also available); FDS Manufacturing Company has the solution for you. Our rolls are made with Kraft, bleached Kraft (white), or corrugated medium paper and feature several flute sizes (Jumbo Flute 7/16", A-Flute 3/16", B-flute 1/8", and E-Flute 1/16") to meet your packaging requirements.
FDS Manufacturing also has specialty coatings and options like: Seal Shield, a cohesive single face and HiFlex, a scored, highly flexible, single face. A-Flute Rolls and Sheets
A-Flute is the largest common flute FDS Manufacturing Company makes, 3/16” tall. Used for wrapping various things like automotive parts, furniture and anything that might need a bit more impact protection. A-Flute can be made with either 50# or 70# (or equivalent) weight paper and comes in both kraft and white.
A-Flute is offered in the following products:

-Rolls (Standard and Seal Shield*)
-Die Cuts
2 Color Printing (Registered/Random logo printing and Flood Coating), Wax, Water Resistant and Cohesive coatings are also available. Please inquire about details and minimums.
*Seal Shield – a unique cohesive single face that only sticks to itself, not the product. Simply put the product on the corrugated side of the sheet, press and seal. Seal Shield comes in 250’ roll length and various roll widths. Please inquire with us about current stock.
B-Flute Rolls and Sheets
B-Flute is the most common flute FDS Manufacturing Company makes, 1/8” tall. Used for wrapping various things like automotive parts, furniture and anything that might need some cushioning during the shipping process. B-Flute can be made with either #42, 50# or 70# (or equivalent) weight paper and comes in both kraft and white.
B-Flute is offered in the following products:

E-Flute Rolls and Sheets
E-Flute is the smallest flute FDS Manufacturing Company makes, 1/16” tall. Used for inserts for small, delicate products like cosmetic bottles and other little products that need to be held in place but lack the space for larger flute protection. E-Flute can be made with either 42#, 50# or 70# (or equivalent) weight paper and comes in both kraft and white.
